What is a Pop-in?
A Pop-in event is not the same as a traditional photography experience - it's a tiny bite sized version of a professional photography session. Pop-ins are designed to be quick and simple. We photograph lots of little ones during each Pop-in event, which allows us to keep the price incredibly affordable.
Come once, twice, or every month for bumps, babies and children of all ages - and yes, even adults!

When are Pop-ins held?
Pop-ins are held twice a month in Timaru.
- One Saturday towards the beginning of the month.
- One Friday towards the end of the month
We also run themed and special Pop-ins throughout the year, including Siblings, Families, Mother's Day, Father's Day and seasonal themes such as Valentine's, Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

Two or more children?
Our monthly Pop-ins are for individual portraits only - the $25 Pop-in fee covers one child and one image.
If you'd love a portrait of two or more children together then keep an eye out for the Sibling Specials which run during the school holidays as well as select themed Pop-ins where Siblings are also available.

How do I book?
All bookings are made online. Simply:
1. Select your session type (Monthly Pop-ins, Sibling, themed etc)
2. Choose your preferred date and available times
3. Secure your spot with your debt or credit card

As Pop-ins are designed to be quick sessions, several children are photographed during the same time slot. Don't worry - each child only takes a few minutes to photograph so the wait is short and you'll be on your way again in no time!

What happens on the day?
Your child is photographed on a plain white chair with a white background. The setup is the same every single time. You are welcome to bring a favourite toy or blanket to be used in the shot.
On arrival, simply check-in at reception and take a seat while you wait your turn.

Choosing your images
After each Pop-in session, you'll receive up to 5 portraits in your private online viewing gallery - from here you can:
- Use your included credit to unlock your favourite image
- Purchase additional credits if you love more than one
We also offer credit bundles, which make purchasing extra images even more cost-effective.
