Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your session with Little Moments Photography. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves space in the photographer's schedule.
The deposit will be deducted from the total session cost.
If you need to reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to accomodate a new date.
If you cancel your booking, or do not attend your session, your deposit will be retained.

Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers
Gift certificates and promotional offers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date specified on the certificate or promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates and promotional offers cannot be used for commercial photography, or larger family photo sessions (groups larger than 6 people). Only one gift certificate or promotional offer may be used per household and per portrait session. They cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Non-Transferable
Promotional vouchers, special offers, prizes and gift certificates are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or gifted to another person. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or prize unless otherwise stated.
Gift certificates may only be used for the session or products specified and cannot be applied to purchases from other photography sessions.

Large Group/Extended Family Policy
Large group or extended family sessions are defined as groups of more than six (6) people or sessions involving multiple family groups.
These sessions require additional time, planning and separate pricing.
Please contact the studio to discuss availability and pricing for large group bookings..
All large group and extended family sessions are taken at the discretion of the photographer and require a consultation prior to confirmation.
Promotional offers, gift certificates and special discounts are not valid for extended family sessions.

Please do not attend your session or bring family members with you to the studio if you are unwell or experiencing cold or flu symptoms the week leading up to your session. If you or your family members are showing any signs of being sick or are isolating, we will happily reschedule. Little Moments Photography reserves the right to refuse service if, you try to attend your appointment while you or a family member is unwell.

Refusal of Service
Little Moments Photography reserves the right to refuse service if, in our opinion, the provision of service may cause disruption to staff, other clients or the normal operation of business.
Little Moments Photography reserves the right to refuse any animal, including any that poses a threat to the safety of staff or clients.

Refunds
In accordance with New Zealand consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind once your order has been placed.

Copyright Ownership
Unrestricted Copyright to all images created during a portrait session is deemed to belong solely to Little Moments Photography. All original capture and copyright of all printed and digital imaging remain the property of Little Moments Photography and they must not be copied or replicated in any format, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. Little Moments Photography has the right to use reproductions for the purpose of creating samples of work, entry into photographic competitions, exhibitions, advertising, editorial or art displays, general displays, or any other commercial application for Little Moments Photography.

2. The digital images cannot be used for commercial or editorial purposes without written consent from Little Moments Photography. You may not use the digital images in any way that result in financial gain, including but not limited to advertising, stock photography or resale of any nature.
3. You may not edit or alter the digital images in any way or claim them as your own.
4. Little Moments Photography is not responsible for colour differences, print quality or cropping of any image not printed directly by Little Moments Photography.
5. Copyright ownership of all digital images remains with Little Moments Photography.

On Location sessions
Travel fees may apply for sessions held outside of the Timaru area. On Location sessions may be subject to rescheduling at short notice due to weather conditions.
